Developed by the same company as the Burj Khalifa, the Address Fountain View Towers were completed in 2017. We are proud to announce that the Facadexs solution for two of the three towers has been delivered for this great project in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Overlooking both the world’s tallest building and the world’s largest fountain, the towers houses 788 apartments of different types, as well as 194 hotel rooms. The complex is directly linked to the Dubai Mall.

Our solution

Facadexs delivered four telescopic roof cars that were installed on the very top of the two outside towers. The two BMUs on each of these towers cover one side of the facade.

The roof cars suspends standard cradles up to 230 meters (755 feet) down the facades of the towers. To provide maximum safety at such great heights, the cradles are equipped with a soft rope system to restrain them to the facade.
