The Olaya Towers are A-class state-of-the-art buildings in the heart of Riyadh City, for high end office, commercial and retail purposes. An impressive lobby connects the Olaya Towers at entrance level.
From top to the bottom, the approximately 180 meter (590 foot) tall facades of both buildings fully consist of glass.
We created a number of facade access solutions for the Olaya Towers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2012. In order to maintain and clean the facades of these towers, we developed a series of traversing roof cars and monorail systems.
