Our service technicians are well-trained and up-to-date about the latest occupational safety regulations. They are able to quickly resolve any technical difficulties, should they occur. Furthermore, they are supported by the engineering team based in the Netherlands: they can remotely access the control box of XSPlatforms BMUs to check for possible cause or even solve problems by making software changes.
We have a worldwide network of technicians, so when an emergency occurs we are able to respond quickly. Also, a 24 hour telephone service is available to provide support to on-site facility staff. In-house spare parts and equipment speed up any repairs that have to be done.
