The construction of the six towers, ranging from 38 to 73 floors, has started in 2016 and will be completed in stages. Stage one contains two residential towers, connected by a retail podium spanning eight floors.
The striking high-rise residential towers span 54 floors and 69 floors, of approx. 1000 premium apartments and penthouses. Melbourne Square offers its residents a variety of luxury amenities, such as a swimming pool, a cinema, golf simulator, sauna, spa, gym spaces and a library. Additionally the quarter features a large park setting of 3.700 sqm (40.903 sqft).
